Ceremonial grade is made from the youngest tea leaves, stone-ground into a fine powder intended to be whisked with water. Culinary grade has a bolder, more astringent flavor profile designed to stand up to heat and mixing in lattes or baking.
How should I store my matcha to keep it fresh?
Matcha is sensitive to light, heat, and air. We recommend storing your tin in a cool, dark place or the refrigerator. Ensure the lid is sealed tightly after every use to prevent oxidation.
Where is your matcha sourced from?
All of our matcha is sustainably sourced directly from award-winning tea farms in Uji and Kagoshima, Japan, ensuring the highest quality and traditional processing methods.
How long does shipping take?
